Description du poste / Fonctions / Attributions :
Purpose/Mission:
  • Support team and cooperate with Commercial and other departments of the Company.
  • Elaborate analysis and reporting processes and ensure compliance with group and local deadlines.
  • Develop project work on business & market intelligence, profitability, process efficiency and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Lead branding process, and act as the role of Project Manager.
  • Active participation in planning processes (Budget, Financial reports and Business Plan).
  • Supervise the external communications activities, assuring that the implementation is on time and the budget is defined.
  • Provide support for meetings, presentations and defining action plans and follow-up.
  • Establish marketing goals to ensure market share and profitability of products/services evaluate the timely adjustment of marketing strategy.
  • Play a key role in development and setting company sales strategy, policies and projects.
Critical Tasks / Accountabilities:
  • Marketing & Business Intelligence
  • Support and coordinate with other departments within the Company
  • Supporting Analysis and reporting processes and ensuring compliance with group and local deadlines
  • Project manager in different projects such as branding; improve profitability, process efficiency and compliance with policies and procedures
  • Participating in planning processes (budget, financial reports and Business plan)
  • Identifies issues in the market and business data and suggest actions in order to support business decisions
Main Duties:
  • Review and apply procedures specific of Marketing Business Intelligence and Business Development area.
  • Coordinates market and business data and assure regular reporting.
  • Identifies issues in the market and business data and suggest corrective actions.
  • Run/supports the strategic projects related to market development.
  • Analysis of product market dynamics and demand development trends to ensure the better location of investment and better distribution strategy.
  • Develop and implement business and marketing intelligence projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external consultants.
  • Provide annual Business Risk Management analysis and follow up reports.
  • Be fully aware and follow company's safety rules and regulations to ensure safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain Customer Excellence initiatives in collaboration/support with/from Commercial Department
  • Supervise the external communications activities, and manage budget.
Description du profil du candidat :
Qualifications:
  • University degree preferably in construction related carriers (engineering, architect)
  • Desirable certification in project management (PMP)
  • MBA would be an asset
  • 2/3 years work experience preferably in related construction industry and/or marketing department in industry
  • Computer Skills:  MS Office, excellence in excel and power point
  • Language requirements:  English and French    
  • Language Level: Excellent written and spoken for both
